The consortium of the European project RECLAIM is meeting in Porto on the 17th and 18th of November and will visit FEUP’s Learning Factory. RECLAIM stands for RE-manufaCturing and Refurbishment LArge Industrial equipment. This EU funded project intends to demonstrate strategies and technologies that enable the re-use of industrial equipment in old, renewed and new factories alike.
On November 17, RECLAIM partners will visit FEUP’s Learning Factory for digital transformation of SMEs and will have the opportunity to understand what technologies, approaches and what cases that illustrate how SMEs can explore digital transformation. Representatives from industries and SMEs of HWH (DE), Advanticsys (ES), Future Intelligence (IT), Fiercely (PT), SMC Group (IT), Roboteh (SI), Technology Transfer System (IT), Information Catalyst of Enterprises (UK), Gorenje (SI), Fluchos (ES), Podium (CH), Zorluteks (TR) and representatives from research centres and universities of CERTH (EL), CTCR (ES), Aston University (UK), Links (IT), SUPSI (CH) and Tecnalia (ES). On November 1 representatives from the RECLAIM partners will join students from the University of Porto in a training action where FEUP’s Learning Factory will explored.
